How would you like to be contacted?

In the interest of protecting both the health and safety of our staff and clients we have closed our offices. This is also in line with the request made by the government to STAY AT HOME. It is vital that we play our part to minimise the spread of Covid-19 and as such, we will be operating our business remotely until further notice. Please be assured, that we will continue to work to the best of our ability to ensure we maintain our service levels, during these unprecedented times.
We will continue to advertise all properties for sale and to rent on all portals, deal with any enquiries, answer calls and respond to emails. We will not be able to proceed with any viewings or valuation requests which involve face-to-face meetings until we have been advised that it is safe to do so. We do have internal videos for most of our properties currently available to rent; these can be emailed at the point of enquiry. Should you be considering letting or selling your property,  we would be delighted to discuss any questions you may have.
For all tenants in a fully managed property with an emergency maintenance issue please call 01753 624000 during our normal opening hours and a member of our staff will be available to help you. If your call is outside of our normal office opening hours, please call the same number and you will be given contact details for an emergency out of hours contractor.
Please note that whilst the restrictions remain in place, contractors are only permitted to attend where there is a risk to life or serious damage to the property.
For all non-emergency maintenance issues please report via the online Checkmate portal as normal and your maintenance issue will be scheduled for completion once we have been advised that it is safe to do so.
If you smell gas call the gas emergency number:

In the event of an emergency

  • Do not smoke or light matches
  • Do not turn electrical switches on or off
  • Open doors and windows
  • Turn off the meter at the control handle unless the meter is in the cellar
  • Call the National Gas Emergency number (0800 111 999)
If the emergency involves a water leak your first action must be to prevent the flow and turn off the stop cock.
You should note that your landlord is not obligated to pay a call out charge where the matter is not deemed to be an emergency.  The loss of heating should not be placed into this category unless unusual circumstances occur; an example would be where there are vulnerable individuals who live at the property and it is below zero degrees/freezing temperatures outside.
Whilst we will do our utmost to facilitate requests, we would like to thank you in advance for working with us during this difficult time. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
We hope you; your families and friends stay safe and well.
